Energy And Environmental Law Club Task Onboard New Members On Community Service

The Chairman, Energy and Environmental Law Club (EELC) Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Hamzat Muhammed Hasheer has advised new members to be active and committed to the community services.

Hasheer who gave the advise in his remarks at the new members onboarding programme held at the Faculty of Law ABU, Zaria.

The Chairman express their delight to have Professor Abdul Hamidu Abdullahi as the Guest Speaker at this important event. 

He said, having a Senior academician in person of Professor Abdul Hamidu Abdullahi to be in their mix to share his wealth of knowledge and experience with them is an honour to the Club. 

The Chairman expressed the EELC's confident that Professor Abdul Hamidu's insights will inspire and equip their members.

To the new members you are joining a community committed to academic excellence, leadership, environmental sustainability, and responsible energy
governance.

 He encouraged them to participate actively and take advantage of the
opportunities EELC provides.

“Building the Next Generation of Energy and Environmental Law Leaders,” is the theme of 2026 event with the hope it will inspires each of us to contribute meaningfully to sustainable development and environmental justice.
