Kaduna APC Stalwart drums support for Uba Sani's second term bid

A member of the ruling All Progressive congress Party (APC) from Zaria Local Government area of Kaduna State, Mohammed Bello Habib has urged Party members to fully support the second bid of Governor Uba Sani for continuity.

He also canvassed for similar support to the Speaker, House of Representatives Abass Tajuddeen, Iyan Zazzau comes 2027 general election.

Bello Habib made the stand known in a one page statement congratulating the recently sworn in executives of the party in the 13 political Wards of Zaria Local Government and Kaduna state in general.

The party stalwart aspired for the position of Public Relations Officer/Publicity Secretary, APC, Kaduna State but could not scale through as result of consensus as directed by the Party leader and the State Governor, Sen Uba Sani in a bid to foster unity and understanding amongst the stakeholders during and after the Congress.

The aspirant urged fellow aspirants who contested for various positions but couldn't also scale through to shield their sword and rally round the new executives in the interest of the party.

"I want to enjoin all of us to continue to remain loyal and supportive to our party to ensure the overall success of the party at the forth coming general election.

"It is only when our party emerged victorious that all members will be carried along for the development of our respective community and society at large.

"I also want to express my candid appreciation to the State Governor for his leadership role in uniting party members and providing a level playing ground for all." Habib concluded.

From B.J Lord, Zaria  The city of Zaria came to a grinding halt on Saturday, March 14, 2026, as thousands of mourners gathered to bid farewell to the late Igwe (Sir) Unogu Vitus Ibeh KSM, JP, Eze Ndi-Igbo Zazzau,   The late Eze's burial ceremony, held at the Pastoral Center in Graceland, Sabon Gari, Zaria, drew a massive crowd of dignitaries, traditional leaders, and well-wishers from across Kaduna State and beyond.  Notable among the attendees were the representative of Kaduna State Government, the Zazzau Emirate Council, District head of Sabon gari, Security agents, Business and Commercial moguls and the Igbo communities across the country. KADVS assures residents of safety during Christmas, New Year celebration

From Sadiq Mohd Zaria  Kaduna State Vigilance Service (KADVS) has reassured residents of the state of its unwavering commitment to the protection of lives and property throughout the Christmas and New Year festive period. A statement, issued by the Public Relations Officer of the Service, Yunusa Shehu Ibrahim said the Commander, CP Ali D. Audu (Rtd.), stated that KADVS operatives have been strategically positioned across the state to ensure a peaceful and secure celebration. The statement urged members of the public to remain vigilant and to promptly report any suspicious persons, movements, or activities to KADVS operatives or the nearest security agency.
